to open the CMD if it is blocked here's what you do.
Open up notepad
If notepad is blocked. Do the following
View the source of a website
There's notepad.
Create a new text document and in it type command.com
Save that file as bat.bat
You can name it anything you want, but it has to be a .bat file typeOpen that, and there's your command prompt.
